SHIPPING POLICY
GENERAL SHIPPING TERMS
- All parcels are delivered by third party courier service (J&T, Flash, and PGEON) OR either self-collect from HQ with approval.
- If the dispatch day falls on Public Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, dispatch will be on the next working day.
- All transit time are subject to courier transport conditions and volume of parcels traffic.
- If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery.
- We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable addresses.
- In case the courier service returned the parcel due to wrong address given from buyer, we will contact buyer immediately through phone or email. Shipping fees are payable by buyer for redelivery due to the mistake.

HQ In-Store Pick up
In-store pickup from HQ with approval is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday – Friday 10.00am – 5.00pm.
Standard Free Shipping for Purchase up to RM200 (WM) & RM400 for (EM)
We offer free shipping on order over RM200 for West Malaysia, and free shipping for order over RM400 for East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan).

We offer international shipping to the following countries:
China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and Australia.
Free shipping is not valid on international orders. Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.
