Return and Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  1. Returns and Defective Goods Policy- No Refunds/Exchanges:
    E Plus Group Enterprise do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or incorrect. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please WhatsApp us at +60102276627, alternatively you can email us at [email protected] with the order number details and photo of the defect / incorrect item. Incorrect or defective goods are eligible for return for up to 2 weeks from the date you received the parcel.

     

    To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with wrapping. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and the courier fee will be covered by us. Please print out the shipping label together with the parcel and drop off at your nearest branch of J&T / PGEON / PosLaju for domestic delivery service, or an equivalent service for international returns as we can only refund up to certain amount.

     

     

    We will only cover return postage fees for the weight of the incorrect or defective goods that you are sending back. If you choose to include any additional non-faulty items in your return, postage fees for these items will not be covered.

     

    After the approval of the return and exchange for the defective item, you can send the defective item / incorrect item to:
    D11-01, The Park Sky Residence, Persiaran Jalil Utama, Bukit Jalil, 57000 Kuala Lumpur.

     

    Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail or WhatsApp, within a 14 working days period of time, whether you are entitled to a

    • Refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

  2. Refund Policy
    All the refund of the products are only eligible within 3 days of date of purchase and the amount to be refunded is subject to the approval.

     

    We will check through the Product after the return. Return of Products and refund is only allowed if all of the following requirements are met:

    • If the wrong Product which is different from the Order is delivered
    • If any Product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition

     

    All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.

     

    Should the Order involve different Products, all of the Products have to be shipped back to us at once. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or returns requests if the requirement(s) is not fulfilled.

     

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, Refund shall be via the original payment method. Please remember it will take at least 14 working days for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and refund.
